THE SKAGIT VALLEY FLYERS LACROSSE PROGRAM OFFERS GRADES K-12 AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE INTRODUCED AND TAUGHT AN AMAZING SPORT. WE OFFER BOYS, GIRLS, AND COED PROGRAMS.

THE INSTRUCTIONAL EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON LEARNING STICK SKILLS, GAME FUNDAMENTALS, GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, WHAT IT MEANS TO BE PART OF A TEAM BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY -RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, HONOR AND ALWAYS SHOWING UP TO PARTICIPATE WITH 100% EFFORT AT ALL TIMES!!! 

A CHAMPION IS SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT SETTLE FOR THAT DAY'S PRACTICE, THAT DAY'S COMPETITION, THAT DAY'S PERFORMANCE. THEY ARE ALWAYS STRIVING TO BE BETTER.

TRYLAX: YOU'LL LOVE IT

Who is it for?
Boys and girls, ages 6-14 who want to try lacrosse for the first time.

What is it?
A 90 minute, introductory lacrosse experience for kids who have never played before, but are thinking they might want to.

The clinic features US Lacrosse designed curriculum delivered by coaches from local recreational programs, in an effort to help connect you with a local program. Local programs will have informational booths on-site to distribute information about their programs.

What does it cost?
$35 per participant, may vary by location (limit of 50 participants per gender game)

Each participant receives a Warrior Warp (boys) or a Brine (girls) stick, a ball, and a t-shirt to keep, as well as a 1 year membership to US Lacrosse as part of their registration fee.

Clinics in Bellingham on Saturday October 27th and in Everett on Sunday October 28th

2018 State Champions

They did it!! The Skagit Valley Flyers HS Boys captured the 2018 1A/2A state championship with an 8 to 6 win over the Columbia River Chieftans.
